A great fishing experience with carp of all sizes, to include Mirror, Ghost, Common & Grass, alongside tench, rudd and perch.
It’s a small and friendly lake with recently refurbished swims and two islands in a tranquil setting. We allow you to drive around the lake and park beside your swim so you don’t have to carry everything too far.
You require a current EA Licence to fish with us.

Safety advice & rules
- We only allow barbless hooks maximum size 8
- No ground bait is to be used
- No keep-nets, all fish must be returned to the lake
- Under 16’s must always be accompanied by a responsible adult
- All anglers must have their own landing nets – a minimum size of 42”
- We only allow padded unhooking mats with sides or a carp cradle.
- No beanie mats are allowed
- The minimum mainline is 12lbs
- No braid mainline – only on spods/markers
- No plastic or fake bait
- No fixed leads
- No leadcore
- All fish to be handled carefully and taken off the hook on a mat, if you want to photograph your catch please hold the fish low whilst doing so.
- Please put your litter in the bins provided
- Respect other anglers and the birds and wildlife that share our lake
- Dogs to be kept on a lead and as quiet as possible
- All cars are parked at owner’s risk
- DO NOT ENTER THE WATER, except in an emergency
- No fishing in any ‘swims’ that you consider unsafe
- Check behind and around you before casting
